Chinese eggplant with spicy garlic & basil 蒜蓉九層塔炒茄子

我想分享ㄧ道我個人覺得非常簡單又美味(超級香)的料理,蒜蓉九層塔炒茄子。我公公非常喜歡吃這道菜,雖然他不是素食主義者,但只要有這道菜,他可以配一碗白飯。     

以下是一些食材的事先準備
a. 兩條茄子
b. 兩瓣大蒜 (切碎)
c. 一些九層塔
d. 一點辣椒  (根據個人口味增減,辣椒籽最好先剔除掉)
e. 醬油

步驟
1. 將茄子清洗乾淨,並切成約3公分的小段。
2. 將切好的茄子放入滾水中煮約3~5分鐘,之後取出放旁邊備
    用。
3. 熱鍋,加些油進去,然後加入茄子炒約1~2分鐘。
4. 加兩茶匙醬油。
5. 最後加九層塔及辣椒一起拌炒約1分鐘後起鍋,並放到盤子
     裡。這樣就完成了。


    Today, I would like to share a very easy & delicious dish, it called stir-fried eggplant. My father-in-law loves it so much even he is not a vegan. That's why I hope you can try and enjoy it.

Here are the ingredients you need to prepare in advance,
a. 2 Chinese eggplants
b. 2 cloves of garlics (chop into very small pieces)
c. a little  basil
d. a little  chili (depend on your taste)
e. Soybean sauce

Steps.
1. Wash eggplants clean and cut in to around 3 cm 
    sections.
2. Put 1 into boiling water, and cook around 3~5 
    minutes. After that take them out of water.
3. Heat the pot, add some oil, and then put garlics to 
    stir-fry around one minute.
4. Add eggplants to stir-fry together around 1~2 minutes.
5. add 2 teaspoons of soybean sauce.
6. Finally add basil and chili into pot and stir-fry all 
    together around one minute. 
    Take them out, and put on your plate.
