又香又開胃的偷飯賊 ~ 素蒼蠅頭 Fried Minced Green Beans with Dried Bean Curd

夏天來了,很多人會沒味口想吃飯 (但卻有胃口吃甜食),今天 share ㄧ道又香又開胃,非常下飯(偷飯賊)的“素蒼蠅頭”。

準備的材料有
a. 四季豆切丁 (份量依據個人需求)
b. 豆乾一塊切丁 (我是用義美豆乾,想說非基改又不含防腐
     劑)
c. 蒜蓉少許
d. 洋蔥少許 (切碎)
e. 紅蘿蔔少許切丁
f.  醬油
g. 素豆瓣醬

步驟
1. 熱鍋,倒入油,將蒜蓉倒入爆香。
2. 依序加入洋蔥,紅蘿蔔拌炒約ㄧ分鐘。
3. 最後加入豆乾跟四季豆拌炒一分鐘。
4. 先加一茶匙醬油拌炒。
5. 再倒入一茶匙素豆瓣醬拌炒約ㄧ分鐘即可起鍋。
    (素豆瓣醬如果太鹹就要斟酌加半茶匙就好,加之前先用筷
     子試一下味道)


    It's raining fire recently, and most people do not have appetite for regular three meals. Therefore I would like to share a fragrant and appetizing dish, called Fried Minced Green Beans with Dried Bean Curd.

Here are the ingredients you need to prepare in advance,
a. some green beans (cut in to very small section)
b. a piece of dried bean curd (cut it into small dice)
c. a little garlic (mince the garlic into very small pieces)
d. a little onion (mince the onion into very small pieces)
e. some diced carrots
f.  Soybean sauce
g. vege bean paste

Steps
1. Heat the pot, add some oil, and put garlics into the 
    pot to stir-fry around one minute.
2. Add onions and carrots to stir-fry together around 
    one minute.
3. Add dried bean curd and green beans to stir-fry 
    together around one minute.
4. Add one teaspoon of soybean sauce.
5. Add one teaspoon of vegetable bean paste to stir-fry 
    all ingredients together around 1 minute.
    After that take them out and put on your plate.
    PS : Try a taste of vegetable bean paste before add it 
           on pot. If it's too salty, add only half teaspoon.
