But I change my mind after eating fried tofu skin with ginger and soy sauce. It is so amazing. My husband cooked this for me. This definitely becomes my number one. So today I would like to share this recipe with you.
Here are the ingredients you need to prepare in advance.
a. Fried tofu skin (you can buy it in traditional markets.)
b. some gingers
c. 3~4 cloves of garlics
d. some corianders
e. two spoons of soy sauce
(I recommend to use healthy thin salt soy sauce.)
Steps
1. Wash corianders clean, and cut them into small
sections.
Chop garlics into small pieces.
Ground some ginger juice.
2. Turn on the heat, add some veg oil. Add garlics in the
pot to stir-fry till the garlics become brown. Then add
ginger juice, soy sauce and a little water to stir-fry
all the seasoning together about 1~2 minutes.
3. Put fried tofu skin in pot to slowly saute', let each side
of tofu completely absorbs sauce.
4. Turn off the heat, take tofu skin out. Place it
in the oven and adjust to 180 degrees with 15 minutes.
Before place it in the oven, remember to collect the
rest sauce in the pot and pour it on tofu skin.
5. Take fried tofu skin out, and add some corianders on
it. Now enjoy your meal.
在我記憶中,我吃過最好吃的一道料理是在中國上海大蔬無界餐廳的白蘿蔔湯。喝起來非常的新鮮又甜美,沒有過多的調味,完全展現出食材本身的口感。我很驚訝一道簡單的蘿蔔湯居然可以這麼好吃,讓我非常的印象深刻。
但是在吃了老公煮的薑燒豆皮後,完全改變了我的排名。這才是我的冠軍菜。原來只用豆皮也可以做出又脆又有咬勁又吸滿醬汁好吃到可以扒好幾碗飯的料理。跟老公問了做法後在這裡分享給大家。
準備的食材
a. 炸豆皮 (可以在傳統市場買到)
b. 薑
c. 3~4瓣蒜頭
d. 香菜
e. 2匙醬油 (推薦用薄鹽醬油)
步驟
1. 香菜洗淨,切小段。蒜頭切碎。磨薑汁。
2. 開瓦斯,加些植物油在鍋裡。放切碎的蒜頭至鍋裡拌炒至變
成金黃色,加入薑汁及醬油及少許的水一起拌炒1~2分鐘。
3. 將炸豆皮放進鍋裡慢煎,讓每一面都吸滿醬汁。
4. 關火,將吸滿醬汁的豆皮取出,放進烤箱用180度的火烤15
分鐘。在放進烤箱前,記得收集鍋裡的剩餘醬汁,淋至豆皮
上。
5. 過15分後,將薑燒豆皮取出,撒上香菜就完成啦。
